William IV oak writing table of unusual and attractive design. This table has a fine banded top with a double reeded molded edge and an inset leather writing surface under which are two frieze drawers, with original turned wooden knob handles, separated by a central roundel and repeated on the reverse with dummy drawers. The end supports are united by a turned stretcher and the shaped legs terminate in very decorative original brass castors. In very good condition. 730mm high, 920mm wide and 570mm deep. English.
